# Terms of Service

These terms describe use of [BusyBusy][1], a calendar
synchronization utility.

*Effective November 3, 2026*

## This is a simple utility

BusyBusy is maintained for the project owner’s personal use.
You _could_ use it, but it is not offered as a general
public service, and no account, support, or service level is
guaranteed.

## How it works

BusyBusy uses Google Calendar authorization to create or
update free/busy blocks on a Google Calendar. You are
responsible for choosing the calendars and sync rules and
for reviewing the resulting calendar entries.

## Your Google account

Your use of Google Calendar remains subject to Google’s
terms and policies. You may revoke BusyBusy’s access through
your Google Account permissions. You will need to manually
remove any changes BusyBusy had made to your Google Calendar
on your behalf.

## Availability and responsibility

The project is provided as-is and may change, stop working,
or be discontinued at any time. To the extent permitted by
law, the maintainer makes no warranties and is not liable
for missed, duplicated, delayed, or incorrect calendar
entries, or decisions made in reliance on calendar
availability. Keep your calendars and important commitments
under your own review.

## Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the project changes. Continued
use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You
may [contact the maintainer][2] with any questions.
